  • Consumer Agreement
  • By choosing to make a puchase on this site or by phone it is understood and agreed that:
    - You may cancel the ordered test for a refund minus 18% cancellation fee. Please note that refund funds will be returned to the original payment instrument ( credit card).
    - The this drug screening service must be utilized ( meaning that the person being tested must present himself or herself at the scheduled location and successfully provide a viable specimen for testing) 
     within 180 days of the purchase.
    - Additional collection fees may be charged to you if more than one collection attempt is neccessary to obtain a viable specimen.
    - the full cooperation of the specimen donor is required and must be assured at the specimen collection location. This includes, but not limited to, the requirement that the donor must provide 
     Government issued ID and must observe and follow all the policies and instructions of the personnel at the collection site.
    - There will be no attempts to adulterate, substitute or interfere with the viability or intergrity of the specimen to be tested. 
    - Specimens that are determined to be invalid or not fit to test by the laboratory will yield no usable result and in such cases no refunds may be issued.
    - Please note that most Specimen Collection Facilities are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, and the few that open on Saturdays offer limited hours on Saturdays.
    - No refunds or consideration will be provided if any of the above rules are not observed. 
    - No refund once the test has been reported by the lab.
    - No refunds and No exchanges under any circumstances except in the case that we cannot locate a Specimen Collection Center within 30 miles of the collection location that you provided initially.
    - Test subjects younger than 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.
